FIG & ROSEMARY STAR BAR
The Fig & Rosemary Star (bar) is our latest creation for the savory/sweet chocolate lover. Inspired by our popular Confetti Bar (offered in the Harvest and Easter Collections), we have once again paired dried fruits and nuts together but now added a dried herb.
The bar’s base (in shape of a star) is 63% dark, fair trade, chocolate that has a unique taste, balanced flavour, and velvety tannins. This chocolate is paired perfecting with sliced calimyrna figs and dried rosemary, then balanced with pistachios, dried cherries, and a hint of Sicilian sea salt.
Antipasto (Appetizer) Suggestion: Make a mini-charcuterie of pieces of this bar plus prosciutto, gorgonzola or parmigiano-reggiano cheese, pistachios, and a fresh rosemary sprig as a garnish.
